All Recipe Sour Cream Banana Bread. Not wanting to throw away the extra banana i thought to search for a recipe that called for 4. Of vanilla didn t have sour cream so i used about 6 ounces of nonfat yogurt and lots of cinnamon and sugar on the bottom and top of the pan.
Of vanilla didn t have sour cream so i used about 6 ounces of nonfat yogurt and lots of cinnamon and sugar on the bottom and top of the pan. Mix in eggs mashed bananas soured cream vanilla and cinnamon. I did substitute the sour cream for lowfat banana yogurt and added a pinch of cinnamon.
I didn t measure the bananas but used the four i had on hand that were mostly black on the outside soft and sweet on the inside.
Divide into prepared tins. Still good after all these years. Just made this again this weekend. Made half the recipe and used a long and deep loaf pan from which you can get slices the size of starbucks breads.
