We read the reviews and decided to remove about 1 2 cup of the sour cream butter and egg mix. This easy to follow recipe makes a lovely deep dish custard pie that s studded with lots and lots of rhubarb. I will make this again and again. Although i do think that there is an error in the recipe the butter should be cold not softened if you want.
